Program Agreement
The Well Within Me LLC – Terms of Service
The following terms of service (the “Agreement”) govern the relationship between The Well Within Me, LLC (the “Company”) and you (the “Client”) regarding your participation in The wellBeing By Design Academy (the “Academy”). Please read carefully, as completing your purchase constitutes acceptance of the following terms:
- Services
The Company agrees to provide access to the Academy, which includes:
- Twelve (12) live 90-minute training sessions delivered over Zoom
- Video replays of the sessions during active enrollment in the Academy
- Community Access both as member and alumni of the Academy
- Access instructions will be provided via email after registration and checkout.
- Educational Purpose and Disclaimer
The Company is not a lawyer, therapist, financial advisor, or licensed professional. The Academy is educational in nature and does not guarantee specific outcomes, including promotions, job offers, or other professional or financial advancements. Your results depend on your effort, participation, and application of the material.
- Payment Terms and Limited-Time Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Academy and immediate access to proprietary material, all sales are final and non-refundable within fourteen (14) days of purchase. All requests for refunds must be in writing to [email protected] with an executive summary detailing the need for the refunding of the Academy.
No exceptions will be made. Please ensure you are committed before purchasing.
- Session Access and Replay Policy
Academy sessions will be recorded and made available for replay during active enrollment. Replays are provided for your convenience and are not a substitute for live participation. Replays will expire upon graduation from the Academy and will not be reissued.
- Intellectual Property and Usage
All materials shared in the Academy—including any workbook, slides, frameworks, handouts, audio, and language/wording—are the exclusive intellectual property of The Well Within Me LLC and are provided for individual use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or reuse any content for commercial or training purposes.
- Confidentiality and Community Standards
By participating, you agree to respect the confidentiality of all participants and agree to engage professionally. Disruptive, disrespectful or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the Academy and/or its Community without refund.
- Modification of Terms
The Company reserves the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any updates will be shared with participants in writing.
- Acknowledgment
By purchasing the wellBeing by Design Academy, you confirm that you:
- Have read and agreed to these Terms
- Understand this is a limited-time refundable, limited-access digital product
- Acknowledge that success depends on your own effort and engagement, and application of the material.
- Commit to treating everyone with dignity and respect, especially when perspectives differ.
